The additional service on Tickets.pl allows you to purchase the necessary insurance policy of ERGO Travel Insurance company quickly and easily, even when buying flight tickets, and save your time.
By choosing this service you will get:
Upon your order payment, two letters will be sent to your e-mail address. One – from the Tickets.pl with itinerary receipt of your flight, and the second – from ERGO Travel Insurance company – with an insurance agreement for your trip. They will also be available in the section “My account.”
Insurance "REZYGNACJA FLY100"
Insurance REZYGNACJA FLY100: - reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with the resignation from the plane ticket due to unexpected random event (health or damage to property), ie .:

Travel cancellation „Rezygnacja Fly100” has to be bought together with a plane ticket, on the same day. Cancellation of the policy is possible only on the booking date.

Insurance package TRAVEL & FLY is a short term travel insurance for max 92 day.

Insurance package TRAVEL & FLY covers:
Europe: countries located on the European continent as well as non-European countries situated in the Mediterranean (excluding Algeria, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya and Syria).
Or world.
Insurance package TRAVEL & FLY has to be bought together with a plane ticket, on the same day. Cancellation of the policy is possible only on the booking date.

Only an insurance company that provided the service may cancel the insurance policy.
Attention! The order for the Flight+Insurance service is divided into two reservations: one of the flight ticket, and the other of the insurance policy.
Thus, the flight ticket cancellation request doesn't automatically include the cancellation and refund of insurance policy. So if you wish to cancel both tickets and insurance, you should apply for the cancellation of the ticket and of insurance policy separately.
The cancellation of the insurance policy is only possible for all passengers in the reservation at once.

- medical insurance policy which is mandatory for visa getting in the majority of countries in the world;
- automatic selection of insurance programs which correspond to the country you travel to;
- cost calculation based on the information you entered about the passenger and flight;
- insurance in case of health damage and various unpleasant situations, which happened during the flight and the whole period of trip;
- covering costs up to EUR 40,000 per person.

- Death, accident, sudden illness of Insured, Insureds close relatives or trip participant,
- Damage to property as a result of a random event or a crime, which belonged to Insured, Insureds close relative or trip participant,
- Theft of documents of Insureds or trip participant,
- Date of the repeat exam,
- Dismissal from work, as a result of employers actions,
- A new job if Insured was unemployed.

- 5 days grace period if insured is not in Poland while the policy is booked; no grace period if new policy is a continuation of a current one,
- pregnancy – the costs of complications or premature labor covered up to 32nd week,
- Dental treatment, only emergencies - 250 €,
- The insurance coverage is valid in all the countries except from the country of residence and Poland.
