If you decide to return your tickets Tickets.pl offers the "Quick refund" service to save your time. With this service, we will promptly process your request and issue a refund within 48 hours. Without ordering this service, refunds can take up to 10 working days, as all refund requests are processed in turn.

You can order and pay for the "Quick refund" service only when purchasing a ticket. It’s necessary to submit a ticket refund request through the "My Account" section to use it.

Please note:

1. The time it takes for funds to be credited to your bank card depends on the speed of transaction processing by the acquiring bank and international payment systems.
2. If you do not submit a ticket refund request and do not use the "Quick refund" service, its cost will not be refunded.
