KLM is a national airline company of the Netherlands founded in 1919. It is the oldest airline operating regular flights. Since 2004, it has been a member of France-KLM. The headquarters are situated in Amsterdam near Schiphol Airport. Merger with Air France in May 2004 resulted in creation of France-KML, although the companies work under their own brands. KLM and their partners work with the routes connecting 360 cities in 78 countries on 5 continents. KLM transports passengers and cargoboth within the Netherlands and to other countries. It is a member of SkyTeam.

I have bought tickets for myself and the child. Arrived on the flight, an hour before the flight they sent me a letter that they canceled my flight. It turns out that the company has sold tickets to places that do not exist !!! the company is terrible, the service is zero. I do not recommend !!!

Linia oszukuje na cenach biletów. Cena początkowa, po wybraniu destynacji i dat lotu jest za każdym razem inna w porównaniu do ceny, która wyświetla się po wpisaniu swoich danych, oczywiście znacznie wyższa w porównaniu do pierwotnej.

Serwis KLM jest beznadziejny. Musiałem anulować booking bo KLM nie jest w stanie wygenerować prawidłowego zlecenia internetowego pobrania należności z karty zgodnie z dyrektywą UE PSD2 tzn. że pasażer musi autoryzować pobranie z karty poprzez jednorazowy kod lub SMS. bez tego bank odrzuca takie zlecenie pobrania. Linia kontaktowa KLM w Warszawie nie jest w stanie nic zrobić bo nie ma dostępu do systemu KLM. By dodzwonić się do obsługi klienta KLM w Amsterdamie trzeba czekać ok. 1 godz. To kpina z klienta. Nie można zwrócić się do nikogo o pomoc. KLM oszukuje klientów bo mile można wykorzystać tylko przy zapłacie przez internet. nie polecam tego przewoźnika.
