How can I return a bus ticket?

You can return a bus ticket through your account on the website. You need to go to the  “My Account” section, select the relevant order, and click on the "Cancel" button.

Please note!

The amount of the refund will be determined by the carrier in accordance with their rules.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days, regardless of the payment method, and will be issued using the same method of payment.

There is a 5% service fee for processing electronic ticket refunds initiated by the passenger.
