Your сredit/debit card may be denied for a number of reasons, such as
- data entry error — check the entered card details and repeat payment attempt.
- insufficient funds on card — credit your card or use another one.
- you
are paying for the booking with the card that is not accepted on
Tickets.pl. Only Visa and MasterCard (including Visa Electron and
Maestro) are accepted. If your card is of another system, you won't be
able to use it for payment unfortunately. Please choose another
available method of payment or pay for the order with another card.
- card blocked for Internet payments — contact the Customer Care Service team of the issuing bank to activate the online payment option.
- there
is a payment or a daily limit on your card — contact the Customer Support
team of the issuing bank to cancel the online payment limits.
- card expired — contact the Customer Support team of the bank for reissuance.
- there
must remain a minimum non-withdrawable amount on your card, the size of
which is established by the bank rules — credit your card and repeat
payment.
- internet disconnections, loss of connection with the bank's processing centre.
- you
are using an outdated browser version (Internet Explorer 7 and lower,
Opera 9 and lower) — update your browser, clean the cache and cookies in
the updated browser, log in, and repeat payment.
- if you are
accessing the Internet via a mobile app, payment processing problems
may be caused by the dynamic IP address; change it for a static one in
the net device settings and repeat payment attempt.
- the transaction was identified as suspicious. For more details, please follow this link.
If
you are not be able to find the authorisation denial, please try another
card or choose another available payment method in
"My Account".
Please
note that you can pay for the ticket within 12 hours after booking.
Upon expiry, the unpaid booking is cancelled and the tickets returned on
sale. In that case you may rebook and pay for the tickets.
