Important! The presence of the text “Electronic ticket” above the train number on the search results page means that it is possible to buy an electronic ticket for this train. Unlike a ticket with delayed printing, it is a full-fledged travel document and does not require exchange at the box office.

In case there is no direct train connection between the selected point of departure and the point of arrival, or there are no tickets for the date of your choice, you can choose the option of traveling with transfers.

After confirming the booking of a trip with a transfer, a separate order will be created in the system for each segment of the trip. After paying the booking fee, two separate orders will be displayed in the account. Thus, for each segment of the trip you will be provided with a separate ticket corresponding to your travel route.

Please note that information about registered tickets and all communications is sent in separate messages for each ticket.
