FAQ

1. Select the desired booking in "My Account."
2. Click on "Cancellation Request."
3. Accept the amount refundable.
4. If you paid with a card of Visa/MasterCard payment system—the funds will arrive on the card with which the booking was paid within 3–5 business days.
5. If you paid via PayU—upon acceptance of the amount refundable, you will see a refund form. Fill it in and click on "Submit Application," and the funds will arrive within 10 business days.

Please note that partial cancellation of booking is not possible. You may only cancel your booking in full.

Non-refundable are

• carrier's penalties,
• Tickets.pl fee,
• ticket issuer's fee,
• payment system markup.
