Nigdy nie zrozumiem, dlaczego PAL jest na 87 miejscu w tym rankingu. Moje doświadczenie jako podróżnego to kilkaset lotów różnymi towarzystwami lotniczymi. Z mojego punktu widzenia powiem tylko ogólnie, że standard obsługi pasażera jest na tyle dobry, że PAL powinno być w pierwszej 20. w tym rankingu. Do minusów zaliczę tylko brak poinformowania mnie poprzez e-maila, że niektóre loty krajowe przestały być realizowane przez NAIA Manila, ponieważ zostały przeniesione do pobliskiego CLARK Airport w mieście Angeles. Poprzednio kupowałem bilety w PAL drogą on-line, zatem pracownicy biura PAL znają mój adres e-mail.
