Mój lot z Londynu fo Sao Paulo i dalej do Brazilia pomimo zagubionego bagażu ( odnaleziony po 10 min) przebiegał prawidłowo i bez negatywnych emocji z mojej strony co odbiło sie na pozytywnych reakcjach obsługi lotniska. Obsługa stara sie pomoc i robi to jezeli w sposób dla niej możliwy . Podróż powrotna przebiegła prawidłowo z profesjonalna i miła obsługa tak na lotnisku jak i w samolocie . Uważam jak ty odnosisz sie fo ludzi tak i oni odnoszą sie do ciebie. Przypadki sie zdarzają a oni tak jak i ty , po prostu pracują i starają sie byc mili i pomocni . Co siejesz to zbierasz ! Pozdrawiam

Latam/Lan/Tam - absolutnie fatalna linia jeśli chodzi o wszystko związane z bagażem. Mój bagaż został zagubiony dwukrotnie, do dziś nie został odnaleziony. Co więcej, w Sao Paulo podczas inspekcji mojego zagubionego bagażu zaginęło(zostało skradzionych) kilka rzeczy. Obsługa na lotnisku w Santiago i Buenos Aires po prostu fatalna. Angielski na poziomie komunikatywnym zna 1 na 5 osób. Typowo latynoskie podejście - lenie i ignoranci. Mimo iż przeżyłem loty to nie polecam.
