Lecielismy austriackimi liniami lotniczymi z Singapuru do Wiednia i dalej do Berlina w dniu 6 lutego 2018 r.Niestety byly to njgosze linie jakimi lecielismy ze wzgledu na obsluge.Nasza czesc samolotu obslugiwaly osoby( szczegolnie jedna brunetka) bez usmiechu na ustachi z brakiem znajomosci slowa :prosze ,dziekuje) Szczytem bylo juz rozdanie mega skromnego sniadania maslo ,dzem i nie podanie ludziom pieczywa jak uczynionoto po lewej stronie samolotu.Pomijam juz jej sposob chodzeniajak slon i co chwile potracanie siedzacych padazerow.To byla ciezka i nieprzjemna podroz.Wiecej nie wybierzemy tych lini nie ze wzgledu na samolot ale obsuge.ac

bardzo punktualny lot, świetna obsługa w trakcie lotu, czysto w samolocie, odprawa przed odlotem w Wiedniu na dworu Mitte Vienn to genialny pomysł, uprzejmy personel na pokładzie samolotu

W drodze powrotnej check-in on-line byl niemożliwy,a także system nie chcial udostepnić kupno bagażu dodatkowego,ponieważ w taryfie mieliśmy tylko bagaż podręczny,byliśmy zmuszone dokupić miejsce bagżowe na lotnisku za 30 euro,zamiast ok 17euro przez internet:).Natomiast w tam tą stronę wszystko się zgadzało.
