On 18 Sept 19, I was supposed to take the flight XQ733. Unfortunately sun express pilot decided to leave 9 passengers at the airport, although the passengers were on the gate slightly after boarding time but 10 minutes before departure time. The Zurich airport is crowded and to the E gates, people need to take another train. All the security-checks and passport control queues made 9 of this flight`s passengers to be on the gate 10 minutes before taking off. Unfortunately, the operations (cabin chef or pilot) decided to close the gate at 10.45 (departure time being 11) and take the luggages of these passengers out instead of taking the passengers on the gate in the plane, which would have taken less time.
