Lot odwołano, linie lotnicze nie oddafą pieniędzy za bilety od 2 lat (437 euro), zero reakcji na korespondecję i telefony. Odradzam!

Wylot z Katowic i przylot do Heraklionu bez zastrzeżeń. W przeddzień wylotu z Krety zadzwonił do mnie przedstawiciel i okazało się, że jest overbooking na tej trasie i czy zgadzam się na przesiadkę w Warszawie i poczekanie 4 h na następny lot, który zostanie zorganizowany przez firmę, a bilet zjawi się na moim mailu + otrzymam rekompensatę w wysokości 250 euro. Bilet powrotny za godzinę na mailu, powrót liniami LOT z W-wy do Katowic + pieniądze na koncie. Solidna firma dbająca o klienta + brak jakichkolwiek opóźnień, jeśli chodzi o Ellinair (opóźnienia dopiero napotkałam podczas przesiadki w liniach LOT, lecz niewielkie - 20 min)
