Samolot komfortowy, posiłki i napoje bardzo dobre, personel bardzo kulturalny, miły i pomocny.

Niestety bardzo niepozytywne doświadczenie Lot 16-02-2017 z Warszawy do Zurich-u i potem Zurich do Los Angeles. O ile Wawa-Zurich OK to juz druga część porażka. 6 godzin opóźnienia!!! Kupon na posiłek 20franków w zasadzie starczył na zupę. Masakra Do tego Linie mimo że mają obowiązek zapłacić odszkodowanie 600 euro to się wypinają i negują przepisy UE. Korespondencja wielce utrudniona. Ale nie odpuszczę choćby w sądzie się to miało skończyć. Same samoloty i obsługa w powietrzu OK. Obsługa naziemna przy odprawie poprawna choć już w Zurichu na lotnisku już taka sobie.

Latam od czasu do czasu Swissem z Warszawy do Zurychu i spowrotem. Musze niestety wystawić im dosc słabą notę. Samoloty i obsługa sa w porzadku. Niestety prawie za kazdym razem samolot jest opóźniony. W 3/4 przypadków moj lot nie przybywa na czas, a opóźnienia wynoszą od 30 min do nawet kilku godzin. Raz zdarzyło mi sie, ze lot został odwołany. Jesli ktos ceni sobie punktualność o niezawodność to nie polecam.
